A file won't upload

  • Cause: files are limited to 50 MB each.
  • Fix: compress the file, or save a link to where it lives instead.

I can't delete the Operations or Brand collection

  • Cause: they hold your studio kit.
  • Fix: nothing to fix. Remove the files inside them if you don't need them.

Nothing is marked "For you"

  • Cause: your studio has no disciplines, or none match.
  • Fix: add what you make in Settings → Studio.

An opportunity I hid is gone

  • Cause: Not interested hides it.
  • Fix: set Show to Not interested and change its status.

Can I add my own opportunity?

  • No. Plya keeps the list. To track your own, add it as a target on an Outreach pipeline, such as a Fairs & events pipeline.

The dates on an opportunity are wrong

  • Cause: organizers change dates.
  • Fix: trust the organizer's site, and tell us at support@plya.app so we can update it.
