How do I start a pipeline?
Start a pipeline from a template, then rename, add and remove stages and outcomes.

Start from a template
The first time you open Pipelines, Plya shows templates. Click one to create it.

Start with the New pipeline dialog
- Click New pipeline in the rail.
- Pick a template in Start from.
- Give it a Name, and a Due date, Goal and Color if you like.
- Edit the stages: type in Add a stage…, drag to reorder, and switch each between Stage and Outcome.
- Click Create pipeline.
A pipeline has 1 to 30 stages, with at least one that isn't an outcome.
Change stages on the board

| Move or remove a target | Drag its card, or right-click it (or use its ⋯) → Move to or Remove from pipeline. A card dropped into an outcome offers an optional note (Log a note) |

Paused targets wait in the Paused bar pinned along the bottom of the board. Drag a card onto it to pause it, or click it to see what's paused (Pause a target).
Goal and due date
The goal and due date sit above the board. The due date turns amber within 7 days and red once it's past.
Choose how cards show
Outreach options (···) holds the board's display choices. Each one is remembered for you, on every pipeline and on All.
- Show outcome stages and Show closed targets hide the outcome columns, or only the cards in them.
Archive a pipeline
Choose Archive pipeline from the pipeline's ··· in the rail, or from Outreach options. Its targets stay. Restore it from Outreach options → Archived pipelines.
Right-click a pipeline or stage
Right-click a pipeline in the rail, or its name on All, for Edit pipeline, Archive pipeline and Add to favorites. The pipeline's ··· in the rail and Outreach options show the same list.
Right-click a stage's name on the board for Rename stage and Delete stage, the same list as its ···.
