How do I add an organization and its people?
Add galleries, brands, publications and fairs, and link the people who work there.

Add an organization
- Go to Network and switch to Organizations.
- Click New organization.
- Enter a Name, and a Website and Location if you have them.
- Click Add organization.
If the name matches one already in Network, the dialog says so and offers Open it.
Add people to an organization
- Open the organization.
- Under People, click Add a person.
- Pick a contact, or type a new name to create one at this organization.
A contact belongs to one organization at a time. To move someone, change Organization in their details.
A new person is a contact, so on Basic they take one of your 50 places. At the limit, the plan dialog opens instead. Organizations never count toward the limit.
What an organization page shows

The Activity tab lists the emails logged with anyone at the organization, newest first, each naming who it was with. See How do I log emails with my contacts?
To make an organization a project's client, open the project and pick it under Client.
Each project in Projects shows its value and status. The heading adds this year's total: the value of projects that start or are due this year, leaving out archived projects and any with a status like Cut. Below it, a line counts the projects in each status, such as "4 At the gallery · 2 Sold".
