Network holds the people and places you work with. Contacts are people. Organizations are galleries, brands, publications, fairs and studios. Switch between them with the switch at the top of the page.

A contact's photo and an organization's logo show a pencil on their corner. Click it to choose an image, or drop one on it.
A lead is a contact you're chasing. Leads live in Network like any other contact and are worked in Outreach. Contacts hide leads unless you tick Include leads.
The toolbar
| Control | What it does |

The Network options menu (···) has Show archived, with a count of what's archived, and the editors for Contact status, Contact tags and Organization tags.
Basic's contact limit
Basic includes 50 contacts, counting active people and leads. Archived contacts don't count, and organizations never do. At the limit, New contact and Import open the plan dialog, and an import can bring in the first few. When a Studio plan has ended and you have more than Basic includes, Network still lists, opens, searches and exports everyone. Adding and editing wait until you archive down or upgrade. Archive down opens Contacts with leads included and rows ready to select, with a line that gives your count and how many to archive, and Done. See what the Basic plan includes.
Rows
Each row shows the photo, the name, and the title and organization (the email when there's neither). Tick rows to act on several at once: Add to pipeline puts them all on an Outreach pipeline, and Archive archives them.
Opening a contact or organization
Click a row. Contacts and organizations open in center peek, with details on the left and the open tab on the right. Switch tabs in the Workspace list. Every field saves as you edit it.
The Activity tab lists the emails you've logged with a contact, or with anyone at an organization. See logging emails.
Right-click a row
Right-click a contact for Open, Add to favorites, Add to pipeline…, Make a lead (or Convert to contact) and Archive contact. An organization has Open, Add to favorites, Add to pipeline… and Archive organization. Archiving or making a lead can take the row out of the list you're looking at, so a message at the bottom offers Undo. On a touchscreen, press and hold a row.
The lists inside a record have menus too. Right-click a person under People, Contacts or a project under Projects for that record's own actions, plus Unlink where the row has one. On the Outreach tab, right-click a pipeline for its target's actions, such as Move to. On the Invoices tab, right-click an invoice for the same actions as in Finance.
