Applied Arts 2027 Illustration Awards

Applied Arts runs a juried annual competition for illustration, judged by working art directors and illustrators. Winners appear in the printed Applied Arts Awards Annual, which is mailed to every winner, and in an online winners gallery with a certificate and digital badge. Results are announced in early March 2027.

- Who can apply
- Illustrators and animators at any level, professional or enthusiast, from Canada, the US and internationally. Young Blood categories are for people with three years or less of professional experience; Small Community categories are for Canadian creators only. Current students enter the separate Student Awards.
