The RI's annual open exhibition of water-based painting at Mall Galleries in London, from March 24 to April 10, 2027. Up to four works per artist are selected, and all work is for sale. More than £15,000 in prizes includes the Winsor & Newton Award of £3,000 cash, £1,500 in materials and a two-day residency.

- Who can apply
- Artists 18 and over from anywhere in the world. Up to six original works made in the last three years in watercolor or other water-soluble media (acrylic, ink, gouache, watercolor pencil; no water-soluble oils). Max 240 x 150 cm framed; minimum price £350.
