Why does Ash ask me to confirm?
Ash asks before deleting, sending, marking paid or changing many records at once, and every change gets an Undo.

Ash makes most changes straight away and shows a chip you can undo. For anything that's hard to take back, it asks first with a confirm card.
What Ash always asks about
| Action | Card |
|---|---|
| Deleting a project, task, note, contact, organization, draft invoice or time entry | "Delete … ?" |
| Sending an invoice | "Send invoice … to … for …?" |
| Marking an invoice paid | "Mark invoice … as paid in full today?" Your client gets a receipt email and your studio is notified, the same as Mark paid in Finance |
| Removing a target from a pipeline | "Remove … from …?" |
What Ash asks about when it's more than 5 records
- Completing or reopening tasks
- Archiving or restoring contacts
- Moving targets
- Adding people or organizations to a pipeline
What Ash asks about after reading the web
In a turn where Ash searched the web or read a link, every change waits on a card, such as Add the contact "Lena Okafor" (lena@lantern.example)? A page can carry wrong details or text written to steer Ash, so nothing from the web reaches your studio until you confirm it.
Confirm cards
Click the card's button, such as Delete or Send, to go ahead, or Cancel. Confirming and canceling cost no credits. A card works once.
On the docs, Ash can offer a card to email Plya's support with a message it drafted. Ash never sends it. Edit the message, then click Send yourself.
Action chips and Undo
Each change Ash makes shows as a chip with:
- Open, to go to the record
- Undo, to reverse it. The chip then says "Undone"
Undo is free. Some changes can't be undone: deleting a project, contact or organization, sending an invoice, and starting the timer.
