Memories
Ash remembers things about you and your studio and uses them in every conversation. It learns as you talk, and you can tell it directly: "Remember that I price commissions by size."
See everything Ash remembers in Settings → Ash, in four groups:
| Group | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Your studio | How you work, sell and price |
| How you like to work | How you like answers and plans |
| What matters to you | What you care about |
| On your mind | Worries Ash keeps in view |
Each memory says whether you asked Ash to remember it or it was learned from a conversation.
Make Ash forget something
Click the × beside a memory in Settings → Ash. A toast offers Undo. When Ash remembers something new in a conversation, its chip also has Undo.
Your data and Ash
- Ash runs on Claude, made by Anthropic.
- To answer, Ash sends the parts of your studio it needs to Anthropic, under terms that don't allow them to train their models on it.
- Plya doesn't use your work to train AI models.
- Deleting a conversation removes its messages. Anything Ash added or changed stays.
When Ash looks something up on the web, what it searches for and the links it reads go to Anthropic and its search provider. The pages it read are saved with the conversation, as the links under Ash's answer.
