Add Plya to Claude or ChatGPT and you can ask about your studio from a chat there: "Which invoices are overdue?", "Find Maya's email", "Add a task to frame the prints by Friday". The app works through the same tools Ash uses, and every record it mentions links back to Plya.

Add it

Your Plya link is in Settings → Integrations, on Claude and ChatGPT. Click Copy link.

In Claude

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Plya, paste the link, and press Add.
  3. Press Connect. Plya opens: sign in, then click Allow.

In ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings, then Apps and Connectors. Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
  2. Choose Create, name it Plya, paste the link and keep OAuth as the sign-in.
  3. Sign in to Plya when ChatGPT asks, then click Allow.

Once it's added, the app shows as Connected on the card in Settings.

Plya helpAnswer how-to questions from these docs

Claude and ChatGPT ask you before Plya adds or changes anything, unless you've told them to always allow it. It works in your studio as you, so it sees what you see. If you belong to more than one studio, it works in the one you joined first.

Your plan's limits apply the same as in Plya. When you reach a Basic limit, the app tells you, with a link to upgrade.

What it can't do

  • Delete anything.
  • Send invoices or record payments.
  • Remove people from a pipeline, or archive many contacts at once.
  • Change more than five records in one go.
  • Use what Ash remembers about you.

These are done in Plya, where you can see what's about to change and confirm it. Ask the app and it says so, with a link to the right page.

Your privacy

What you share in Claude or ChatGPT, including what the app reads from Plya to answer you, follows that app's own privacy terms. Plya doesn't see your conversations there. Plya keeps a note of which tool was used and when, never what you asked or what came back.

Remove it

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. On Claude and ChatGPT, click How to add it.
  3. Under Connected apps, click Remove beside the app.

The app can't reach Plya from that moment. To use it again, connect it again from the app. Removing Plya inside Claude or ChatGPT stops that app from using it too.

If something goes wrong

  • "This link has expired": the sign-in took too long. Go back to the app and connect again.
  • "Finish setting up your studio at plya.app first": open Plya and finish setting up your studio, then try again.
  • "Too many calls to Plya in a minute": wait a moment and ask again.
