How do integrations work?
Connect Plya to your calendar and Stripe, and tell us which apps you'd like next.

Settings → Integrations lists the apps Plya works with, grouped by what they do: Calendar, Email, Files, Payments, and AI and automations.
The page
- Connected comes first, with everything you've turned on.
- Each group below it lists what you can add. A group with nothing in it yet doesn't show.
- Search integrations narrows every group at once. It matches names, what they do and the apps they work with, so "outlook" finds the calendar feed.
- Tell us what you use is at the end.
Each integration is one card, with its status: Connected, Not connected or Needs attention. A card has one main button (Turn on, Copy link or Manage in Finance). Some also have Settings, which open under the card, and a ··· menu.
What you can connect
| Integration | Group | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Calendar feed | Calendar | Your Plya dates in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook |
| Email forwarding | Your studio's address for logging emails with your contacts. Its card says what happened to the latest email. Settings has the address, the Addresses you send from that count as yours, and emails that didn't match a contact | |
| Stripe | Payments | Takes your clients' card and bank payments on invoices. Manage in Finance opens Finance, where you connect it and see its status. See How do I connect Stripe? |
In AI and automations, Claude and ChatGPT lets you use Plya from a chat in either app. See How do I use Plya in Claude or ChatGPT?.
Tell us what you use
Type the apps you'd like Plya to work with, and what you'd want them to do. It saves as you type, and only you and the Plya team see it. We read every one to decide what to build next.
