Integrations, after Notifications, connects Plya to the apps you already use, like your calendar and Stripe. See How do integrations work?. When you link a Shopify shop, Integrations opens with Link shop to confirm it.

Account

  • Name: how you appear in Plya. Your initials stand in for a photo.
  • Email: where your sign-in codes go. Change sends a code to your current address and one to the new address, and the change needs both. See Change your email.
  • Passkeys: sign in with Touch ID, Face ID or your device's lock, on plya.app.
  • Delete account: Ask us to delete it starts an email to support@plya.app. We confirm by email before anything is deleted.

Studio

  • Identity: your studio's logo, its name, a tagline or bio, and your city. Ash reads these too. The logo shows in the sidebar in place of the studio's initials and at the top of your invoices. Click it (the pencil on its corner) to choose an image, or drop one on it.
  • What you make: pick everything that fits, or add your own. This drives For you in Opportunities.
  • Invoice details: name on invoices, brand color, contact details, tax ID, address, and what new invoices start with, including currency. Stripe is connected here too.

Preferences

SettingOptions
ThemeLight, Dark or System. The sidebar also has a Light/Dark switch
GuidanceGuided shows you around, Balanced points things out where they help, Expert stays out of your way
TipsShow tips, and Show dismissed tips again
How records openSide peek, Center peek or Full page, for Projects, Tasks, Notes, Contacts, Organizations, Leads and Invoices. This is the one place to make Full page the default

Plya uses your device's date and time zone. There are no separate settings for them.

Notifications

One switch per notification, grouped into Invoices and Stripe. Each turns that notification's email on or off for you in this studio. The Inbox shows every notification either way. The studio's owner also sees Your plan, with Basic plan limit: the one email Plya sends the day after the studio first reaches a Basic plan limit. See How do notifications work?.

Billing

On Basic, Basic plan shows your projects, notes and contacts against their limits, with a line about Plya's fee on online invoice payments: 2%, and none on Studio. A count above its limit, for example after a Studio plan ends, reads like "7 of 3" with how far over it is, and shows Archive down and Upgrade beside it. Only the studio's owner sees Upgrade. See what the Basic plan includes.

During a free trial of Studio, your plan shows "Free until" and the first charge date. See free trials.
