Your invoice details live in Finance settings. Open them from Finance options (⋯) → Finance settings in the Finance header, or from Settings → Studio → Invoice details. Every field saves when you leave it.

On your invoices

SettingWhat it does

New invoices start with

SettingDefaultNotes
Number prefixINV-Up to 12 characters. Numbers look like INV-007
TermsNet 14

Hourly rateNoneUsed when a project has no rate of its own
Payment noteNoneA line such as "Card or bank transfer"
CurrencyUSDUSD, CAD, EUR, GBP or AUD

These only set the starting values. You can change any of them on each invoice.

A new invoice takes the studio's currency when it's created. Changing the currency later doesn't change existing invoices.

Invoice numbers

Plya suggests the next number in order. You can type a different whole number on a draft, but two invoices can't share a number.
