Link a note to projects, contacts and organizations, and it shows on each one's Notes tab. Start a note from a project and it's linked already.

Find any note fast
Search titles and the full text of every note, pin the ones you come back to, and sort notes into folders. A note can sit in several folders.

Questions about Notes
How many notes can I write on Basic?
Basic includes 10 notes. Archived notes don't count, so archiving one you're done with makes room. Studio has no limit.
Can I bring in notes I already have?
Yes. Import a .txt, .md, .docx or .pdf file and it becomes a new note, with tables from Markdown and Word files kept as tables. Save older .doc files as .docx first.
Do checklist items in a note become tasks?
Checklist items stay in the note. To track a to-do, add it in Tasks.
Are pins and folders shared with my studio?
Folders are shared across your studio. Pins are per person, so everyone pins their own notes.
What's the difference between a sticky and a note?
A sticky stays on the canvas. A note lives in Notes, with rich text and links to records, and shows on the board as a card. Convert to note turns a sticky into one.
