Track your time and bill it
Start a timer while you work or log the hours after, against any project. When it's time to bill, they're already there.

How it works
From the timer to the invoice
Track time
Use a timer, or log hours later
Start the timer in Finance with a project picked, or ask Ash to start it. Stop it when you're done, or log yesterday's hours in one line. Both land in the same place.
- Pick a project, and Billable or Internal
- Logged to today, in whole minutes
- Log time from a project's Time tab
Bill your time
Add your hours to an invoice
Pick a project on a new invoice and its billable hours become lines at the project's hourly rate, or your studio's. An entry is only ever billed once.
- Pull time onto a draft you've already started
- Each hour line carries a Time badge
- The rate is copied onto the line when it's added

- Click the chip to open the timer
- A stop button right on the chip
- One timer runs at a time

Questions about Time
Can I log time after I've done the work?
Yes. Click Log time in Finance → Time, or on a project's Time tab, and enter the hours, minutes and date.
What rate are my hours billed at?
The project's hourly rate, or the Hourly rate in your Finance settings. The rate is copied onto the line when it's added, so changing it later leaves existing lines as they are.
Can I run more than one timer?
One timer runs at a time. Stop the running one from the sidebar chip, then start the next.
Why can't I edit a time entry?
It's on a sent, paid or void invoice, so it stays matched to what you billed. Move the invoice back to draft to change it.
Can I track time I won't bill?
Yes. Mark it Internal. Billable time is what turns into invoice lines, and Billable only hides internal time from your week.
