Follow up with every gallery, stockist and buyer
Run each push as a pipeline: who you've contacted, who's in conversation, and who needs a follow-up today.

How it works
From first pitch to yes
Plan a push
Start a pipeline from a template
Begin with Galleries, Stockists, Press, Fairs & events, Sales, Clients or Collectors, or start blank. Name the stages yourself, from first contact to an outcome like Represented.
- Up to 30 stages, named your way
- A goal and a due date above the board
- Rename, add or delete stages right on the board
Add targets
Every card is someone in your network
A card on a pipeline wraps a contact or organization from Network, so names and locations live in one place. The same gallery can sit on several pipelines, once on each.
- Add several at once from Leads or Network
- A link and a results deadline on each one
- Promote a target to a project, as its client

Follow up
See which follow-ups are due
Log each follow-up and pick when to try again: in 3 days, a week, two weeks or on a date you choose. Follow-ups lists everyone waiting on you, by Overdue, Today, This week and Later.
- Each card says when its next follow-up is due
- A red dot in the rail when one is overdue
- Every follow-up and note in the target's history

Work your leads
See every lead and where they stand
The Leads board starts with the people on no pipeline yet, then a column for each pipeline with every lead's stage. Each lead is a contact in your network from the start.
- Switch between a board and a table
- Drag a lead onto a pipeline to add them
- Convert a lead to a contact, and back

Questions about Outreach
How do I send a pitch?
Write from your own email, then log the follow-up in Plya and pick when to try again. Ash can draft the email from your records for you to copy.
How will I know when a follow-up is due?
Follow-ups lists every target by Overdue, Today, This week and Later, and the rail shows a red dot when one is overdue. Turn on the calendar feed to see follow-ups in your own calendar too.
Can the same gallery be on more than one pipeline?
Yes. A contact or organization can be on many pipelines, once on each, with its own stage on each one.
What's the difference between a lead and a target?
A lead is a person you're chasing, kept in Network as a contact. A target is one card on a pipeline: a contact or organization with its stage, follow-ups and notes.
Can I change a pipeline's stages?
Yes. Click a stage's name to rename it, add a stage or outcome at the end of the board, or delete one and pick where its targets move.
