Launch deal: $18 for your first month, until Dec 5.

Less admin, more sawing.

Run commissions, consignment and wholesale side by side. Plya keeps a jewelry studio's custom commissions, consignment shops and wholesale buyers in one place, from the first CAD render to the last consignment statement.

Free to start. No card needed.

Open calls, fairs and grants for jewelry

A custom ring is a project with its own canvas. The quote, the design deposit and each CAD render sit on it, and the bench work starts once the client picks a render.

The admin that comes with custom and consignment work

Gold is priced by the troy ounce, and the price moves every day. The admin around it tends to be a spreadsheet of what's at which shop, a phone full of DMs and a quote written when gold cost less.

  • The quote written at last spring's gold price

Gold roughly doubled from 2025 into early 2026, then gave back about a quarter. The ring gets cast at today's spot.

  • The client who vanished after the sketches

Two CAD rounds, a render they loved, and a design deposit you meant to take first.

  • The pendant that left the case

Three boutiques pay monthly for what sold last month. One of them sent a statement.

  • The buyer's card from the show

The advice is to follow up within two days of the show. The card is still in the booth bag with the line sheets.

At the bench

See every piece on the bench and what it needs next

Each custom piece is a project with its own steps: casting, filing, setting, polishing. Today lists what's due across all of them, so the anniversary ring stays on schedule beside the wholesale run.

Track consignment at every shop

Each boutique gets a note in a Consignment folder, linked to the shop in Network: the pieces you left, their retail price and your 60%. When the month's statement comes in, check off what sold and invoice the shop for your share, paid online to your own Stripe.

How notes work

Follow up with buyers after a show

Every buyer you met at JCK or NY NOW goes on your Stockists pipeline with a follow-up date. The Follow-ups view lists who's due today and who's due this week, so the boutique that loved the hoops hears from you before Friday.

How outreach works

Tools for the full jeweler's year

Stone buying in Tucson, the trade shows, Mother's Day and December come around every year. Each one has a place in Plya.

  1. January to February

    Tucson and the winter markets

Stone dealers at Tucson, buyers at NY NOW and Melee. The people you meet go in Network, with where you met them and what they asked for.

  2. March to May

    Mother's Day and spring custom

Jewelry leads Mother's Day spending. Each custom order is a project with its deposit, its renders and the day it's due.

  3. June

    JCK and the show applications

Craft shows close applications eight or nine months ahead. Fairs and shows are listed in Opportunities with their deadlines and fees.

  4. July to August

    Summer buying

August is quiet at the counter, and boutiques buy for the holidays at NY NOW. Pitch them now, each on your Stockists pipeline with its next follow-up dated.

  5. September to October

    Holiday production

Every wholesale order and holiday commission is a project, with casting, setting and polishing as tasks due in order.

  6. November to December

    December

The biggest month in jewelry. Wholesale invoices on net 30, consignment shares and custom balances, with what's paid and what's open in one list.

Keep the spot price with the quote

A note in Plya holds a quote's metal weight, the spot price on the day you gave it, and the stone on memo with its return date, linked to the commission. When gold moves, search your notes for 18k and the quotes that need a second look come up together.
